Terms and Conditions

Article 1 Purpose of Use

  1. Users shall use this hotel only for day use or Overnight stays and shall not use it for any other purpose.
  2. Overnight and day-use contracts concluded between the user and the hotel shall be governed by these terms and conditions, and matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions shall be governed by laws or customs.
  3. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, this hotel may agree to special terms and conditions, provided they do not contradict the spirit of these terms and conditions, laws and regulations, and customs. In such cases, the special terms and conditions shall take precedence.

Article 2 Usage Fees

  1. The usage fee consists of a full room charge, payable in advance. Any food and beverage expenses and merchandise purchases incurred during your stay must be paid in full by the time specified by the hotel.
  2. Our hotel requires guests to fully understand and agree to the charges before using our services.
    If, after using our hotel, you fail to pay due to insufficient funds or other reasons, we will consider you to have intentionally Overnight or dine without paying, and will take appropriate legal action, as well as refuse future stays.

  6. If you do not return from Going Out Policy by the scheduled Check-out time, you will be considered to have Check-out out and your room will be removed. In addition, if any personal belongings of the guest are left in the room at that time, they will be disposed of after the hotel's prescribed storage period.
  7. If you are staying with more people than the number declared at Check-in, please inform the front desk immediately and pay the additional charge at Check-out.

Article 3 Terms of Use

  1. Guests are required to abide by the rules and regulations established by the hotel while on the premises.
  2. If a Overnight's luggage arrives at the hotel prior to Overnight , the hotel will store the luggage with the care of a prudent manager and hand it over to the Overnight when they Check-in at the front desk, only if the guest has contacted the hotel beforehand and the hotel has given its consent.
  3. Our hotel reserves the right to refuse Overnight or day-use services in the following cases:
    1. If your application for Overnight or day use does not comply with these terms and conditions
    2. If there are no rooms available due to full occupancy.
    3. If it is deemed that a person intending to use the Overnight or day-use facilities may engage in conduct that violates laws and regulations or public order and morals.
    4. If a person seeking Overnight or day use is clearly found to be a carrier of an infectious disease
    5. If you request any special services from our hotel that exceed the normal scope of Service in relation to Overnight or day use.
    6. In cases where it is impossible or difficult to use Overnight or day-use services due to natural disasters, facility malfunctions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
    7. If a person intending to use the hotel for Overnight or day use is likely to cause significant inconvenience to other users or the hotel, or if they have engaged in conduct that causes significant inconvenience to other users or the hotel.
    8. If a person seeking Overnight or day use is found to have committed a criminal offense.
  4. Please use the hotel with an appropriate number of guests, in accordance with our occupancy regulations. If it is discovered that you are using the room with more people than the maximum capacity, you will be asked to leave immediately.
  5. Please refrain from bringing third parties into your room without permission, or allowing third parties to use the room's facilities, items, etc. without authorization.
  6. Unauthorized Photography of guest rooms, or use of them for purposes other than Overnight and day use, such as using them as an office or business premises, is prohibited.
  7. Please note that we will not forward any communications or inquiries from third parties unless prior notification has been given by a hotel guest, or if we are unable to verify the guest's identity.
  8. Please do not use any firearms or items that could cause a fire, in addition to the room amenities provided.
  9. Please do not smoke in places that are prone to causing fires, such as in bed.
  10. Please refrain from bringing the following items into your room. If your bringing these items makes it impossible to provide you with a room, we may seek compensation for damages.
    1. Pets(animals, birds, etc.)
    2. Flammable or easily combustible substances such as paint thinner and explosives.
    3. Objects that emit an extremely foul odor
    4. Unlawfully possessed firearms, swords, and poisons.
    5. Incense, aromatherapy, and other items that leave a strong odor in the room.
  11. Please refrain from any behavior that may offend or inconvenience other users.
  12. If the provision of a guest room becomes significantly difficult due to vomit, bodily fluids, or other unsanitary items, we may request appropriate compensation for damages.
  13. Please refrain from gambling or any other acts that disrupt public order within this hotel.
  14. Please observe the following rules and regulations regarding equipment and furnishings.
    1. Please do not use or remove any equipment or items in your room for purposes other than their intended use.
    2. Please do not install any foreign objects or make any alterations to the hotel premises.
    3. Please do not move items within the hotel from their designated locations to other areas within the hotel.
    4. Please do not place anything on the windows that would detract from the hotel's appearance.
    5. Please return borrowed items according to the regulations for each item.
    6. The internet connection Service is provided as a free Service . Please understand that we cannot respond to inquiries regarding the computer system itself. Furthermore, please be aware that the hotel assumes no responsibility for any problems that occur during or after using the internet connection Service.
  15. Please refrain from distributing advertising materials to other guests within the hotel premises.
  16. Items left in our care, lost items, and items left behind in the rooms will be stored for one month from the day they are found. After the storage period has elapsed, we will take the following actions in accordance with laws and regulations, guidance from the police, and our embassy's regulations. However, food, beverages, fresh produce, and other items that are difficult to store for hygiene reasons may be disposed of immediately upon discovery, regardless of whether they are unopened or opened, and without any storage period.
    1. Valuables: Wallets, mobile phones, passports, and other items that the embassy deems to be valuables will be handed over to the nearest police station in accordance with the law after the storage period has expired.
    2. Other Items: Any other items will be disposed of by the embassy in accordance with our regulations after the storage period has expired, or if it is reasonably determined that ownership has been abandoned.
  17. Please be responsible for managing your own cash and valuables during your stay. We cannot accept any responsibility for accidents, damage, loss, or theft that occur within the hotel premises, except in cases of intentional misconduct or negligence on our part.
  18. If Going Out Policy during your stay, please be sure to leave your room key at the front desk.   19. If any damage, leaks, flooding, graffiti, loss, or burning occurs to the hotel's furnishings, equipment, buildings, or facilities due to the user's intentional act or negligence, the user will be required to compensate or indemnify the hotel for the equivalent market value. In addition, a fee of ¥5,000 will be charged if the room key is not returned, or if it is lost or damaged.
  20. If, after you have begun your stay, you are unavoidably asked to leave the hotel due to a natural disaster, equipment failure, or other reasons, please leave promptly.
  21. In the event of any sudden illness, injury, or other accident occurring to a guest within the hotel premises, the hotel will not be held liable unless the incident is due to reasons attributable to the hotel. Furthermore, please understand that we will not be able to provide any medical treatment if requested.
  22. In case of emergencies, inability to contact guests, repairs, inspections, or other situations where the hotel deems it necessary to enter your room, a hotel manager may enter the room. Please be aware of this in advance.

Article 4 Special circumstances under which entry into the building and conclusion of Overnight contracts are refused.

  1. Our hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to and Overnight to anyone seeking a Overnight in the following cases. Furthermore, please be aware that if any of the following conditions are discovered after the Overnight contract has been signed or during your stay, we reserve the right to refuse your service at that point.

    3. If the person seeking Overnight or use of the facilities is a corporation, and one of its officers is a member of an organized crime group.
    4. If the person intending to Overnight or use the facilities is under 18 years of age.
    5. If a person intending to Overnight at or use the hotel is someone who has published articles or other content on a website or elsewhere that constitutes defamation or libel against the hotel or its employees, or who is cooperating in such publication.
